Thank you for your update.This is in fact a theme specific menu item, which is not based on the WordPress default menus and menu item hierarchy.
Upon checking this in greater detail and looking at the system and account/application log files, I wasn’t able to find a cause coming from the server side. The issue is definitely originating from the theme itself. Be sure to get in touch with the official support there and if there is anything else we can help you with, be sure to let us know.
Also “Card” is broken

Thanks for updating in! Are you using any caching plugin? You might need to clear the plugin cache. If you happen to use CloudFlare this might be a site cache issue. Please login to your CloudFlare account and clear your site cache.
