    Good morning,

I’m currently having an issue on my website http://www.infeira.pt concerning the menu.
When the width is less than a certain value, the menu transforms itself on a cascade menu, how it’s supposed to do. The problem is, I can not open the submenus when clicking the arrow.
This happens every time the menu transforms itself, on cellphones, laptops, etc thus preventing the visitors from seeing the submenus.
    Any help with the issue?

    Thank you

    Samuel

    Hi Samuel,

Thanks for writing in! Did you update your WordPress? If you did then older versions of X may not work properly with it. We suggest that you backup your site and update to the latest X. It may be best to do this in a dev environment so you can reference your live site and fix and issues that come up during the update. There were a number of changes and depending on how you customized your site you may or may not need to do much.

Please also note that you will need to deactivate and delete X shortcodes. This formerly required plugin has now been retired and replaced by Cornerstone.

Let us know how that goes. Hope this helps – thanks!

    Hi John,

Thanks for the help. Concerning the update, I’m afraid I can’t update just like that. I already tried to do that on December but I encountered too many plugin incompatibilities and errors after, so we decided to return to the previous version.
On the other hand I forgot to mention that the menu issue only occurs on the homepage, the other ones work just fine. I think it might have something to do with some feature I have on the homepage (perhaps the slider?) but I can’t pinpoint exactly what.

    Hello There,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Please let us know how it goes.
