    Good day,

I’ve created a registration form for a client and it seems that the drop down items are not working correctly. The “clickable” area to expand the drop down is very small (top left).

This causes an issue where the form seems unresponsive because users click on the drop down arrow and nothing happens. I’ve tested it myself and after clicking several times I’ve realised that the clickable area is a very thin line starting from the top left to about 3/4 of the length of the field.

This may seem confusing so I suggest to try it yourself.

Here’s a link to the form:

Note: It is a multi-step form and the drop down fields are on the second page. So you will need to fill out the first page in order to see the issue in action.

Please help me solve this problem.

    Thank you.

PS. I’ve already contacted the developers of gravity forms and through their troubleshooting they’ve identified this issue as theme related. I think they are right because the form works properly in the plugins “preview” mode. No styles are applied in preview mode and the drop down items work correctly.

    Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin. Regretfully, we do not support 3rd party plugins. Nevertheless I did check the form and here what I found:

    screenshot

The dropdown botton is actually 47.5% only of its visible width. That is why if you click on the second half part of the dropdown the options does not show. And that style is coming from formsmain.min.css file which is not part of X. It seems the site is not even on X|Theme?

    Hope it helps, Cheers!
