    Hi

    I have on most pages PDFs for download. In firefox it works fine but not in chrome and IE

    Do you know how to fix this?

    Thanks for the message

    Where would i update this? I am using Download Monitor so I think the link is generated by the plugin.

    Also I have this issue with all download and not only with this particular one

    If this is generated by any plugin then we can’t do anything as we can’t control any feature or functionality of any third party plugin. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
