bp4youParticipantHi Support!
I’ve been at this all day searching up WooCommerce support Docs, but I’m at a loss. This looks to be what my problem is: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/completed-order-email-doesnt-contain-download-links/
I’ve put through 2 test orders using PayPal, the orders go through fine, and I even receive the confirmation email which is supposed to provide the download link. Unfortunately, the Download link is not showing up in the email for some reason.
In regards to the WooCommerce help doc, I have the ‘wp_woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions’ table file. Also, my WordPress SQL table prefix is not longer than 20 characters as they mentioned would cause the error, so that shouldn’t be an issue. I did deactivate the plug-in and try again, but it did not help. This isn’t my area of expertise, though…
Do you have any ideas on this problem?
Thank you for your help.

bp4youParticipantOne other thing I just noticed, no downloads are appearing in the customer account section either (when logged in).

LelyModeratorHello There,
I can see that you have a caching plugin. Please try to clear cache. Since wp-config.php is updated we need to make sure the the site is using the updated code which updated the table prefix. Try again after cache is cleared. Do let us know how this goes.

bp4youParticipantHi Lely,
I just cleared the cache and tried it with a couple of different browsers and emails, but still no download available in the email.
I then disabled the caching plug-in just in case and tried again. Same result. Any other ideas?

RadModeratorHi there,
Hmm, is there a way I can access your database? Maybe the table is there but still inaccessible. And please provide your login credentials in private reply.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
The table is working, downloads are added into the table and it’s working properly. Perhaps it’s related to email templates? Could you try it again?
And it looks like the usual issue in woocommerce, have you tried contacting them?
Thanks!
January 11, 2017 at 11:51 pm #1326793
bp4youParticipantYou mean you got it to work for you? Or you checked and the table is working on the backend?
The email template is the default, I haven’t messed with it. I’ve only searched WooCommerce support threads. They don’t provide technical support unless something has been purchased from them? I figured since WooCommerce comes as one of the add-ons for X that there’d be support between the two.

RadModeratorHi there,
Tables are working as downloadable data are added, the issue might be in the outgoing email template, but I can’t tell or confirm about the email issue.
We can’t provide support the every aspect of Woocommerce since it’s big (bigger than our products), it’s only a recommended plugin and only added on add-ons page for easy access and installation. We can only provide support in X products and bundled plugins ( https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/ )
A system like Woocommerce payments, emails, product management, and etc. are something we can’t cover as we’re only capable of providing support to the theme related issues, especially the template integration between X and Woocommerce. Though, we’re willing to extend our help if it’s something we’re already familiar 🙂
Does this happen when X theme and cornerstone are disabled? It’s a known issue and it’s all over the internet, I just thought checking it with them may help the troubleshooting.
Thanks!

bp4youParticipantI just deleted WooCommerce and I’m going to try a fresh install.
I noticed that the version of WooCommerce is different when I searched for the plug-in in WP (2.6) as opposed to the one listed in the Add-Ons page that come with X (2.7). Which one should I use?
