Hello,
First off, I absolutely love your product and support! Here’s the issue: before the change to the new API system basing the key on the envato purchase, I had no problem revoking the development site key and creating a new for the live domain. Now there does not seem to be a place to add the new key after doing the domain transfer. Usually I would go to the “Product Validation” section under “X-Addons” and replace the old API associated with the development site. Where can I put the newly generated API key to register?
Thanks!
April 7, 2016 at 11:31 pm #872319Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! You can go to your account here in the Theme.co community and assign the license to the new site. Then go into your X Addons > Home. You should see a box that says “You’re almost finished!” and at the bottom of that box it says Input Code and Hit Enter. Enter your license key there and hit enter. It should now validate your site.
If you do not see this box, your site will still have the validation from when you moved it. If you change the domain in the manage your licenses are here on your theme.com account, it should work fine without needing to change it. If you have some issues, then go to the very bottom of the X Addons Home Page under the logo there is a link to revoke the validation.
Click on it and the box that was mentioned early should appear again and you can enter the license info at the top again. That should do it! Let us know if you still run into issues – thanks!

I was not seeing the “You’re Almost Finished” box, so I attempted “Revoke validation” link you suggested and that did the trick.
Thanks so much!
