    Hi Guys.

I’m looking to use X to create a blog. I see most people use X to create websites with services/products etc. but I just want to create a blog.

I want the homepage to pretty much be full of my posts that I enter in WP. An example is this:

    https://www.google.ie/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwiE8PiX1tTMAhWEOsAKHYL0D4QQFggcMAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fgearheads.org%2F&usg=AFQjCNEfRrL8VlaaVPpgZsEDkvG4B7nfmw&sig2=3GLbTSzrAeMB6cYPGnH-Nw

So as you can see, I want it that all I have to do is go in and add a post and it’ll be on the homepage then. The thing is I want to know can I use the theme/Cornerstone to set up the layout as I would like the posts to appear and what degree of flexibility customization is available for this? I.e. I might want the most recent entry always at the top and then the last three a little smaller block somewhere else etc.

Is there a way to design the layout of the posts?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi there,

You can try our Ethos stack which is specially designed for Blog/Magazine layout.
You can navigate the various demos here – http://theme.co/x/

Then use the tutorial for demo content https://community.theme.co/kb/demo-content/ to import the look you want.

I’d suggest you to explore our Knowledge Base for existing tutorials to get started.

    Cheers!

    Hi

Thanks. I’ve used X before and familiar with it. In this regard, there’s then no way to structure using cornerstone something like this?

    http://demo.codestag.com/ink/

see full page is made up of posts which automatically get added!

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Not possible by just adding the element in the cornerstone, further customization is required but doable. Unfortunately, we can’t cover any customization of this level. It’s best to consult it to a developer 🙂

    Thanks for understanding.
