What made me decide to purchase the X theme in the first place was because of this demo page: http://theme.co/x/. But after installing, I didn’t see an option for installing the particular demo page. There were a lot of other demos, such as Integrity, Renew, Icon, etc..
But is there a way to get this demo http://theme.co/x/ using the X Theme?

It can be assembled but it is not a demo.
I would do like this >
Go to WP Dashboard > Addons > Install Integrity 1.
Go to Appereance > Customizer > Stacks > Switch to Ethos (That is the stack of that page)
Go to Addons > Install Revolution Slider .
Create A Hero Full Screen Slider. -> Meny Beautiful models can be found here: https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/
After you created your slider > Go to your home Page > Click Edit Page > Once you are on your wordpress classic back end editor > Scroll Down : Select Slider Above Masthead > Save
Click Edit Page With Cornerstone > replace the placeholder images with your own images and tweak the design according to your needs.
