    Hello,

I just installed the x theme on my wordpress site. I performed this action by uploading the x.zip though the appearance->upload theme menu. Does this automatically install all the extensions such as “convertplug.zip, envira-gallery.zip, essential-grid.zip, etc.” that came with the theme download? If not, do I need to install by uploading each separately?

    Thank you

    David

    Hi David,

Thanks for writing in! The only extension that will automatically install after you activated the X|Theme is Cornerstone.

You can manually install the other extension by uploading the extension’s .zip files that is included on the package.

    Or

Validate your site and install the extensions under Addons panel on the admin dashboard.

    Hope this shed some lights.

    Cheers!

This is great. Thank you. However, now the plug-in says it needs to be registered. I tried my item purchase code for x theme, but that didn’t work.

    Thank you

    Hi David,

Thanks for updating the thread! Rev slider is bundled/integrated with X and is fully functional. You do not need a license for activation. It is safe to ignore this prompt if you are able to use the slider’s functionality. The version that comes with X is modified to work with X seamlessly. We update the bundled version regularly as well and we support any integration issue with the plugin.

You can also manually download and install sliders from the Free Slider Exchange:

    https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/

If you really want premium support from revslider, then we encourage purchasing a license with them directly.

If you are not able to use the slider for some reason, then we need to look into it further. In that case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
