    Hello.
    I can’t get comments to operate on my site http://www.drishtilanguageschool.com

    In the edit post page, the supposed ‘enable comments’ option is not there. I have turned comments on and activated Disqus but no success yet.

    Actually, It’s the original edited demo content that doesn’t display the comments. The new posts I have created from scratch are okay.

    Hello Philip,

    Can you check if Settings > Discussion > Automatically close comments on articles older than __ days is not enabled. If the article is more than the settings set there the comments will not show. See attached screenshot. If it’s disabled and the issue still exists, please share us your admin credentials on a private reply and a link where the issue exists.

    I checked the boxes ‘Comments’ and ‘Discussion’ from screen options located on top right and enabled comment for this post http://www.drishtilanguageschool.com/navigating-life-when-things-get-hard/, please check.

    Thanks Christopher. I followed what you had done. However on this post (http://www.drishtilanguageschool.com/my-life-my-job-and-my-career/) those boxes are checked but no sign of Disqus.
