    Hi There!

    I’m sorry to ask this question here (this isn’t x theme related so remove this if this isn’t appropiate) but I find myself rather desperate looking for an answer.. I’ve read about everything I’ve found on the internet but still haven’t found a proper solution.

    What I want to do is the following: Embed a Photo album hosted externally (For instance Google Photos) in a portfolio item or page. I’ve managed to do this before through a plugin called Picasa and Google Plus Express but Google doensn’t allow a Photo album to be “public” anymore.
    Preferably I’ll host the images on WordPress itself and make use of the build-in gallery feature but since there are a lot of photos (like 5000+ and growing with +/-500 each year) it will dramatically slow down the site right? Not to mention that I haven’t got the available disk space on my hosting provider..

    Could you please help me out? I Would really appreciate it!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! I think you are well aware of the issue and not sure how we could actually help on this. I’d suggest to use any CDN service instead of hosting them on your server.
