fireleafParticipantHi,
I would like to display my blog in the style of the portfolio items.
Please tell me which files and line do I have to change/edit to achieve this.
Many thanks in advance.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! You can display your blog index in a masonry style just like the portfolio items in the portfolio page. To do that, simply go to your customizer, Appearance > Customize > Blog and select the Style as “Masonry”.
Hope this helps.

NicoModeratorHi There,
Little confuse of the question. Would you mind clarifying the question.
I could see in your setup that you are not using cornerstone. X theme works great with cornerstone. Please activate cornerstone and update it to the latest version so that your X theme works great.
Hope it helps.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! I can see you have already set the Masonry layout so it’s working as expected. If you need three columns instead two then you can set that too from Customize > Blog – http://prntscr.com/atvfea
Hope this helps.
Cheers!

Blog page is portfolio page, so please change number of columns from ‘Portfolio settings’ box.
Hope it helps.

RupokMemberHi there,
It sounds unusual and it’s not possible to choose blog posts and portfolio items together. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!

fireleafParticipantHi there,
wouldn’t it be possible to create another view (page template) and change it in a way that it does not fetch “portfolio entries” rather “posts” for the frontend? And for this new “view” I would then need a section where I can select which posts should be shown. Please let me know which files I need to modify.
