Hello,
When using cornerstone on one of my websites, when I go to the extra small screen size, it seems to show me all available sections and rows, even the ones that are hidden from the small screen size resolution. I’m not sure if this is a bug or a script conflict of some sort (there are no errors in console), but I have also gotten a report that some people are seeing all sections/rows that should be hidden under their current screen size, which means they are seeing duplicates of the same content! Please let me know what’s going on, thank you!February 17, 2017 at 12:26 pm #1375386This reply has been marked as private.February 17, 2017 at 5:43 pm #1375675Hi There,
Thank you for writing in and for the credentials, but you do have lots of Section/Rows on that page that has an Hide Base on Screen Width option applied. Would you mind to point us which of those Section/Rows that you’re having issue?
Thanks.

I get different preview on CS, please see the attachment.
Did you manage to fix it?Thanks.
February 18, 2017 at 1:47 am #1376055No, it still looks the same way to me in Chrome. I tried in Safari and the cornerstone side bar doesn’t even come up, it’s just greyed out. I’m running the latest macOS on a macbook 12″

I am another staff checking on this thread. I have check the page both the live view and in Cornerstone. I did not encounter the issue. This is what I am seeing; http://prntscr.com/ea8kur
I would highly recommend that you remove the duplicate content if possible. This could prevent you from any other future issues you may have.
Hope this helps.
February 18, 2017 at 3:00 am #1376087Hi Rue, if I remove the rows based on media size, then how should I make responsive content in cornerstone? Each media layout option is created for a certain screen size. If there is an alternate way of changing layout without using the screen sizes option, please let me know.
February 18, 2017 at 1:58 pm #1376442Hi there,
I checked it too and I don’t see any issue. Would you mind providing complete screenshots? Like showing the top, middle, and bottom of the issue.
Thanks!
February 19, 2017 at 6:52 am #1377042Okay, now I feel insane, but when trying to give you a screenshot I wanted to give you more of the cornerstone development screen so I went to zoom out within the browser and the bug went away. I will see if the same works for client and let you know… Thanks
February 19, 2017 at 1:53 pm #1377292Hi there,
Ah you’re using the zooming feature of the browser to optimize it to your preference? You shouldn’t, not all browser has zoom feature. If you optimize it on that specific view then expect it will be faulty to standard view.
Thanks.
February 19, 2017 at 10:53 pm #1377685No, that’s not what I mean by zoom. When you asked to see the screenshots I just zoomed out temporarily inside of cornerstone to give you as much of the page as I could. Consequently, zooming in and out inside of cornerstone fixed the duplicate issue within the extra small size resolution within cornerstone.
February 20, 2017 at 12:43 am #1377798Hello There,
Thanks for updating in and for the clarifications. I went ahead and have checked the page both the live view and in Cornerstone in another different machine. I did not encounter the issue. This is still what I am seeing; http://prntscr.com/ea8kur
I guess that is just a caching issue or somewhat browser related. Please let us know if the problem is back again.
