I notice in the Customizer that there are two options for adding custom css. The first is to click on the Custom tab and then on the Edit Global CSS button. The second is to click on the Additional CSS tab.
I am wondering what is the difference between these two options so that I can know which option I want to use.
Thanks.
December 21, 2016 at 2:37 am #1300243Hi There,
Thanks for writing in! Probable the Additional CSS tab is coming from an another plugin. The Edit Global CSS is the one from the X|Theme.
Both of this serves same purpose you can place your Custom CSS either of this box. But you might want to use the Edit Global CSS as you can expand it and can edit the CSS properly.
Cheers!

February 7, 2017 at 5:34 pm #1361930To address the above comment the “Additional CSS” feature is coming from WordPress itself. My problem is since upgrading the X-Theme “Edit Global CSS” feature is no longer working as it once did. It is glitching out and simple reloading the WordPress customizing menu.
