    Hi,

    I have some trouble validating my development site.
    Already registered it in my licences and tried the API key from the production site but can’t get it going.
    Would like to update the theme first in the dev and then go for the production site.

    Hi Marcel,

    Your credentials above are incomplete we have just password for one of the urls and just user for the other. I have tried combining them and no success. Please provide us with complete credentials.

    Before doing that please try follow this steps considering you have previously registered X with a different sub-domain.

    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
    2] Please login to your account > Manage Licenses and revoke the license

    https://community.theme.co/my-account/

    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    I checked your dev site and both plugins (Soliloquy and Visual Composer) are up to date (see attachment). Please check.

    Please open a separate thread for your portfolio issue and give us FTP access also.
