    Hi,

    Great new update, unfortunately i’m unable to activate the the development website. I added the url as instructed and setup a new dev environment (running on a shared IP but different domain) and somehow it’s still not accepting my license.

    The error makes no sense as it’s the exact purchase code I use on my mainsite. Any support would be great! Thanks!

    Hello Yuri,

    Would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look and fix the issue? Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.

    To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
    – Link to your site

    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    For the meantime, please try to do the following:
    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    PLEASE FORGIVE THIS POST, I AM TRYING TO AVOID A REFUND

    ​Yes, I was extremely happy to purchase the X theme with all the included plugins, which included slider revolution. I have spent literally 9 hours, looking at videos, forums, FAQS, etc, to no avail, to register the purchase code.It keeps telling me that “invalid purchase code”. Yet, there is also in small print that I can still use the plugin with no problem, I won’t have access to the updates, but even I don’t have access to anything at all. I am so bummed out, and my head is spinning. Please help me as I have a valid purchase code, of which is promised that the slider revolution would work, once the purchase code is authenticated, of which I am having a very hard time, trying to figure out what else to do?

    Hey @victorysinghs,

    This is your 3 reply asking for the same question. I already responded two of your posts. Please know that the license code from your account account cannot be used for validating Slider Revolution. It is exclusively being used for validating X theme.

    Thanks , but it is not helping. I have also responded to you, in that, I understand what you are saying, that I DO NOT NEED to validate in order to use the plugin, as it COMES with the theme, However, it still gives an error msg that I CANNOT use the plugin, WITHOUT validation. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, to no avail. I have also answered another Themeco tech help with what they requested of me, my log in credentials of my site, site name, and server log in credentials. please help, I am really trying..already 3 days in confusion of why this is not working 🙁

    Hi Victory,

    I have logged in to your admin panel using the details you have posted in another thread and did some checking and things seem to look fine. I have checked your Revolution Slider page and I can’t see the error you mentioned that you can’t use it because it needs to be validated. You were also able to validate the theme correctly and you should be able to install and use the bundled plugins that come with it.

    In case you are seeing the error that you mentioned somewhere that we have missed to check, kindly let us know so that we could check it further for you.
