    I have added leedsdoggrooming.com as a development site to leedsdogschool.co.uk but I can’t load the extensions.Is this not possible with a development site. I tried my envato purchase code but this was rejected.Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Could you please try revoking your license key, purge all cache and then re-validate as there could be internal server caching issues.

    I’ve tried this but the extensions are still not available on leedsdoggrooming.com (development site)

    The extensions are showing but cannot install as api key not validated for development site

    Hello There,

    Please do the following:
    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Sorry but whilst there was no problem with my main site http://www.leedsdogschool.co.uk the purchase code did not work on the development site http://www.leedsdoggrooming.com I still got this message on leedsdoggrooming.com “This site URL is not a match for your API key.”

    Hi Jack,

    In that case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase Key

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    I’ll test if my key will work.
