This link:http://themeforest.net/item/x-the-theme/full_screen_preview/5871901 is not available to download as demo. It is build using X elements. Parallax background images sizes are 1200×796, 1000×600 and 1500×800. You can handle spacing using GAP element or alter default padding and margins using classes like ptn/mtn/man etc..
