Trying to install Demo Content Ethos 1.

Only the sites framework installs. No demo content

Hi There,

Thank you for the admin credentials. We can try to install it for you so we can see the reason behind. But before we do so, please clarify that you’re giving us permission. Please also backup your site first. It is recommended that permission is granted before we do anything on a site specially if it’s live.

Hi there,

You’ve done almost everything.

I just went ahead and change some settings in post carousel, post slider and blog options in customizer.

Now you just need to replace your images with place holders.

Please note that standard demo contents only imports home page content.

On the homepage, how can i set the essential grid to:

1: display the content underneath always, not just on hover
2: not create a second scroll bar to the right on hover

1: This will depend on the exact layout you want, if you want any effects on hover or not, but there’s a detailed guide on that here https://www.themepunch.com/faq/show-skin-content-without-hover/ 🙂

2: I’m not seeing a second scroll bar on my iMac, do you have a screenshot of how it’s displaying for you?

that didnt work. I just want the content you see under the photo to stay all the time. Not only on hover.

Hello There,

Please edit your grid and change the skin. You need to select skin where the content is being displayed all the time. Perhaps Hoover or Reagan skin is good enough for your site. Please check out the different skins you can use here: http://essential.themepunch.com/#examples
