NicoModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in.
Please contact your hosting support and confirm the following.
– Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co – Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled. – Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.Especially the PHP cURL as that is the common one that cause this issue.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

bengreadParticipantHosting support is looking into it. Their temporary solution is to import through FTP, which I dont think is possible, correct?

bengreadParticipantok this is ridiculous. Can I get some actual support here? How do I get the theme I paid money for to work, this is one of its basic functions and one of the major selling points. I’m on media temple support, not getting any actual feedback. Meanwhile its been 24 hours and Ive gotten one response from theme.co. Tired of trying the same thing over and over again.
It’s not even starting to import, just failing right away.

bengreadParticipantyour three questions above to ensure with hosting company, all are working as intended. They’re asking for the url that the curl is trying to access?

RadModeratorHi there,
The URL it’s connecting to is https://community.theme.co/
Though I’m not sure what’s the issue, I like to check it first but the provided login credentials are no longer working. Would you mind providing the latest one? Maybe I could help finding the error that you could forward to your hosting provider.
Thanks.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! Regretfully the ftp details is not working for us. I have manually imported the XCS file and Rev Slider. I failed to import the pages, posts and etc because it seems that you are experiencing PHP memory limit exhaustion. We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */To save you from trouble, I will also attached the Church demo content for you to manually import. This is very much helpful when your server is blocking connections our demo server.
We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.
