    Hello, I am trying to download the “Food Truck” demo and it keeps coming up with an error message.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Can you confirm that you successfully validated your X|Theme?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi again,

    Can you please check your php.ini file and ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled. If you don’t have access to the php.ini file then you can ask your hosting provider to check it for you.
