    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    In the meantime, please revoke and revalidate the site by following the guide here, and try to import the demo again.

    Hi there,

    I see following error :

    "cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 236280 out of 406936 bytes received"

    Looks like hosting’s cURL is compiled with 5 seconds timeout. You may try to contact your hosting provider to increase the timeout. Other possible reason is that there is a security or firewall that blocks your site from connecting to our servers. Please contact them and whitelist these IPs 54.231.82.114 and 208.117.43.145 too.
