I was following the video. https://theme.co/x/member/kb/demo-content/
Did Customizer then import. Clicked on choose file and then this:
Then clicked on upload file and import button which went here and showed this message

It worked, but not sure why. Here is what I changed this morning and then tried to upload again and it worked:
1) I went to the User section. Double checked that my log in was the Administrator. It was. Then I clicked edit User. I added a First Name and Last Name. Was empty before. Save.
2) Did the same demo content steps as shown in the video and it uploaded fine.
So either:
– It was due to first and last name being empty
– Godaddy/ wordpress etc needed more time to setup (I had activated hosting only a few hours before adding demo content/ x-theme)
– Maybe my internet connection/ upload speed?
– Maybe something about how I installed x-theme through ftp that self corrected. The upload button through wordpress never works for me.Hi There,
The error you have provided seems related to internal server error or wordpress error.
