I followed all of the directions. I even got the green check mark. Also tried clearing cache but says i don’t have sufficient permission. No demo appears.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in and sorry you are having issues with demo imports. Would you mind providing more details on what is happening? Any error messages? What have you tried so far? Also, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Fixed that problem but now my Cornerstone and the Visual Editor are not working (they were until this morning). PLEASE help I am trying to launch this website on Thursday 🙁 I will respond with my login information in a private reply now.

It’s working again now??? Not sure what happened. Does it go out sometimes? It just kept spinning yesterday and wouldn’t load.

If I can ask one other thing…

1 – How do I add large social media icons to a sidebar?

2 – How do you add an opt in/pop up the the homepage so that as soon as someone visits the site it invites them to join?

Two more questions if possible:

1 – How do I get the social sharing to show up on all posts (instead of having to add to every post)?

2 – How do I get images from blog post to appear when sharing? For example, when I click the Facebook share button on my post it only shows the website domain address. I would like it to show the post title and picture.

Thanks for the updates!

1] To add the social sharing to show up on all posts automatically, please check out the given solution from this topic:

2] To make sure that the images will be displayed when sharing a post or page, you must have a featured image for that post or page. And if ever there is none, you must set a fallback image in your customizer, Appearance > Customize > Social > Social Fallback Image
The "Social Fallback Image" is used throughout X with various social media network APIs. It is used as a default on pages that do not have a featured image set. You do not have to specify one; however, it is recommended if you are using X's native Open Graph implementation, entry sharing, et cetera.

It did. Finally ready to launch and the last thing I need to do…get WooCommerce working and linked to my Printful account but it won’t link. I checked and did everything per the instructions (https://www.theprintful.com/dashboard/woocommerce/register) but it seems my woo store is not working. Do I need to upload any other plugins or do something different?

This is the last thing I need to do before going live. Thanks so much for being so patient and helpful. I MORE than appreciate it.

Trying to launch tonight but having three problems:

1 – I setup Buddy Press but when I go live the forums link, registration, etc don’t work.

2 – All of my page redirects work except for one (girls compete post). It was working… Then it stopped. It is supposed to redirect to the buddy press forums page.

3 – The related posts keep disappearing from the bottom of posts/page. They then magically appear. Is this normal?

Would you mind clarifying which BuddyPress links that are not working? I tried the ones on the main navigation and they seem to work fine.

Also kindly point out a specific page that is not redirecting properly.

The related posts depends on the actual post that is active but they should be there.
