jeppyParticipantRe. the Demo Content window on the X Addons menu, when I try to select expanded demos in the dropdown box, it won’t let me select either option. The window remains blank. Also, when I click on setup demo content, it simply goes to a blank page. The padlock is green. Can you please suggest a solution.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Thanks for writing in! Please contact your hosting support and confirm the following.
– Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co – Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled. – Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.Especially the PHP cURL as that is the common one that cause this issue.

Now this is the error
“Invalid demo name.”
It’s a common issue in Godaddy, and there is no way for us to manage their transients (data cache). Example, in transient manager, it’s supposed to be like this

It’s where data are saved, even the demo listing data is there.
But in GoDaddy, it’s looks like the attached screenshot. I’ve been suggesting to clear the transients too on other threads, but Godaddy says they already cleared the cache, but I’m not sure cleaning cache will also clean the transient. And I can’t confirm it, too limited in what I can do.

Before anything else kindly update php to at least version 7
Wordpress required versions.
PHP version 7 or greater
MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.0 or greaterThanks
