Hi,
I am encountering two issues with Cornerstone.
1. When wanting to delete an element both buttons that appear “Delete” and “Nope” are not functioning. Clicking on either one of them does not have a result. The dialogue window stays open and nothing happens.
2. Templates. When clicking on templates the dialogue is just grey/empty with no content. I cannot use or save templates?!Please help.
Thanks, BastianJune 28, 2016 at 10:30 pm #1064271Hello Bastian,

Thank you for providing the information. It turns out that you are using an older version of X(4.3.4) and Cornerstone(1.1.3). Please make sure that you are using the latest versions. Most of the the out dated theme and plugins will create issues in your site.
Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 4.6.1
Cornerstone: 1.3.1You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Please let us know how it goes.
September 5, 2016 at 2:06 am #1161236Sometimes the easy things actually work.
After updating everything to the latest version I can delete elements again.
But the templates are still not functioning – all greyed out.
Please look into that, thanks.September 5, 2016 at 2:12 am #1161243PS. Am also noticing that all the elements in the page builder on the left are misaligned and all in one column, instead of two.
September 5, 2016 at 2:22 am #1161249Hi there,
The ajax request for CS templates is returning an internal server error, but I’m not sure what’s causing it yet.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well? I like to check your current error log files.
Thanks!

Layout tab and template options are loading fine. In regards with misalignment issue, please disable ‘JCH Optimize Pro’ plugin to fix it.
Hope it helps.
September 6, 2016 at 3:58 am #1162745Template works now, thanks, not sure what changed.
Will disable JCH plugin when doing more content work.
