    I deleted and reinstalled Revolution Slider. When I went to enter my purchase code, I found I needed to deactivate RS before deleting. I can no longer deactivate and I am using slider on the same test site as I started with before deleting.

    Please advise.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification. You can deactivate and delete any plugin (except cornerstone) on Admin Dashboard > Plugins panel. We’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
