    Hello – I am using Renew stack, and have uploaded a Background image. Although the background image is displaying, I’m finding that if my internet connection is a little slow I’m still seeing your default background image until my page completely loads. I can’t see where that image exists, or how to remove it.

    Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi There,

    To remove that default background image, please navigate to Layout and Design panel on Customizer. If you didn’t see any image defined there. Assign a temporary image and then remove it, for the customizer to reset the background pattern option.

    Tanks, but unfortunately I’m still seeing your default image as the page loads, as per my screenshot above.

    Hi there,

    Please navigate to Customize -> Layout and design, assign a temporary background pattern and save customizer. Next remove it and resave customizer.
