I have unchecked the “Enable stock management” option in my woo-commerce inventory tab yet every time I add anything to my cart a pink bar pops up with the following message “Sorry, this product is unavailable.” I need to totally deactivate this option as I sell business cards, flyers, brochures etc. and inventory is not relevant to my business. Please advise on how to do this.

Aside from disabling stock management, there might be other factors that might cause like incorrect product setup. I’ve disabled Enable stock management option and tested each stack in my test site and I don’t get that issue. With that said, it is most probably a setup issue on your end. I recommend that you seek assistance from a WordPress developer so (s)he could work with you closely to investigate the issue. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://theme.co/x/member/custom-development/.
Before that, you can test out it there’s a plugin conflict by deactivating all third party plugins (not included with X) then checking if the issue persists. Also, try setting adding a new simple product. Make sure the settings are correct then add it to cart. If those doesn’t help, you will need to contact a developer.
Thank you for understanding.

We do apologize for the inconvenience this has cause you. Unfortunately, that is simply a service we provide based on people asking for developers who are familiar with the theme and can’t guarantee a response as they are separate individuals/companies. Thank you for understanding.
