Steve SParticipantThis is strange. The customizer won’t save changes to my footer, yet will save changes to other areas (I tested making a change to the header and it worked fine).
So I make the change and it shows up on my page (in the Customizer screen), i click “Save & Publish” and it says “Saved” at the top. But then when I check the site the changes aren’t made. And when I go back into the customizer the changes aren’t there either.
I’ve tried clearing the cache and have deactivated all plug ins except those I need to run the site (that came from you plus Askimet, MailChimp and Yoast SEO).
Any suggestions? Right now I’m simply trying to change the copyright year I have in the footer.
The site is PeposeVision.com.
Thanks.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I changed Scroll top anchor position to left and saved customizer successfully. Please check and confirm me or let us know how we can replicate the issue.
Thanks.

ThaiModeratorHi There,
I changed the footer content to this:
<a href="http://www.peposevision.com"><img src="http://peposevision.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/PVI-logo-.jpg" alt="HTML5 Icon" style="width:211px;height:38px"></a> <br> <font size="1.5">Pepose Vision Institute © 2016</font> </br> <span id="siteseal"><script type="text/javascript" src="https://seal.godaddy.com/getSeal?sealID=pywiIvlZ8LYWh04pIWra2mcxK4fPQVLx8rqAjHSpTqeqWkVYXsQfKibLaNBM"></script></span>Everything should be fine now.
Cheers!

Steve SParticipantNot sure what you did but it works. Thank you.

Steve SParticipantNot to keep bugging you, but do you have any idea why the SSL seal from Go Daddy won’t show up? I’ve even tried pasting in the code from another site running X where it does work and it still doesn’t show.
Thanks again.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! The seal code must be incorrect. Please make sure that it is correct. Please do check the seal code again. For further help, please check this: https://godaddy.com/help/add-an-ssl-site-seal-to-my-site-4073
Hope this helps.
