I have attempted several times to make changes in the customizer, but cannot make changes save. They show correctly in the preview, but when I click save and close, it always reverts back and won’t save changes. Thanks in advance. Great theme!

Hmmm, that is very odd, but we’ll figure this out together. 🙂
Try going to your wp-config.php file in the root directory of your WordPress installation and changing define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); to define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); to see if any warnings or notifications appear.
Additionally, are you using the current version of the theme (v1.4.0)? Also, what browser are you using?

Ok, I wasn’t using the latest version, so I updated but that didn’t work. I also changed the wp-config.php file, but unfortunately, no luck, it still won’t save. I don’t have any plugins installed, as this is a new wordpress install. I am using Safari. Thanks!

Did you import one of our Customizer settings files already? I’m just curious as to why the slider is showing up on your homepage if your are unable to save settings, as that is something you would have to save for it to be visible.

Yes, I did import one of the customizer files already, but cannot make any changes to it. I am change the top slider and some of the colors. It changes in the preview, but when I click save it won’t save. Thanks-
Gotcha. That’s what I thought, just wanted to make sure I understood the situation completely.
