Hello. first of all you guys are phenomenal. Now to my problem, all of a sudden when i went to my customizer it is previewing only a white blank page. It has never done that before and i do not know what the issue is. My domain is hoss.works

Also if you know the code for me to add to remove the line above the footer that would help so much. Thank you for all the work you do!

Hey Hoss,

Please see the Solutions for Potential Setup Issues for the Customizer at http://theme.co/x/member/kb/solutions-to-potential-setup-issues-customizer/. That could be related to a ModSecurity rule being triggered due to a combination of keywords used in the core WordPress files for the Customizer. This should be able to be remedied by writing into the support team at your host and asking them to whitelist the ModSecurity rules on your domain.

I just spoke with my hosting support team and they tried working on it for an hour and couldt get it fixed. This is what they said:

“You’re welcome. I see that the site is currently assigned to full memory capacity of 256 MB. What I can advise will be to contact the developer of the theme, in order to troubleshoot the issue further.”

I Dont understand what has changed because it was working perfect earlier this week.

Hi There,

Not sure how you set-up your site,

Your site address url and wordpress address URL is set to http://hoss.works/

However, http://hoss.works/ is redirecting to http://hoss.works/home-page/

If I visit the Customizer, I got 403 error message

Yes i did redirect the site to the homepage address because im not sure how to edit the actual home page where i can add content and what not. So if i change the redirect back to just hoss.works it should work?

It looks like your site is having more problems than just the X theme. I (quickly) switched to the Twentyfourteen theme and tried to access the customizer for that with the same blank screen problem you found in X. I personally run X on multiple WordPress sites on HostGator without any problems, so it may be that you have something else running on your site that is using up all of your memory. You may check back with them to see if they can find which processes are maxing you out.

As for your second question about the line above the footer, you will need to add some CSS code under Appearance -> Customize -> Custom -> CSS

Hello again, Sorry to be so bothersome i feel horrible. I just dont know whats going on with this and have to get it fixed:/ I spoke with hostgator again and they said that all all of my memory limits are set to max and there is nothing else showing incorrect in my files. I dont know what to do from here

Thank you guys for all your help. I actually just unistalled all my wordpress files and reinstalled wordpress and the theme and started all over. The guys at hostgator completely screwed everything up. But it looks like i am all good now. Thanks again for helping!
