jesselammParticipantOK, so I’m a brand new user. fresh install. haven’t toyed with anything other than setting up Icon 7 demo content. I am creating the website using localhost. Fresh install of everything, so it’s all up to date (wp, theme, plugins).
When I go to the customizer, it shows everything in the menu to the left. When I click on any of the menu items (stack, icon, etc) it loads a blank customizer submenu (see attached image).
I did the basic troubleshooting – added “php_value memory_limit 512M” to the .htaccess, disabling plugins, deactivating/reactivating the theme.
Thoughts? The theme looks amazing, and I can’t wait to play with it, but hit this snag before I even started! Thanks!

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Since you’re working on localhost we’re not able to investigate the issue. Let try this, please export customize settings under X addons menu and reset it as this may fix the issue.
If it doesn’t help, please upload your site in a temporary domain and provide us with URL and login credentials.
Thanks.
