    When I make changes in customizer, it does not update the file….please help

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    /wp-admin or /wp-login.php doesn’t seem to work.

    Hi There,

    Thank you for the URL.
    I can see that you have a lot of active plugins. You could try testing for a plugin conflict first. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
    Do let us know how this goes.
