    Hi,

    Customizer loads and works fine on a desktop but it not load on an iPad. I recently make two changes to the site. Changed from WP Fastest Cache to WP Rocket and also Cloudflare. No other plugins have been added or changed. The appropriate page rules to Cloudfare have been added, Rocket Loader disabled and everything else is working fine.

    I have removed WP Rocket and Cloudflare and still Customizer will not load.

    Also, there seems to be some errors from CornerStone.

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Kindly disable caching plugin and let’s try again after purging cache. Note that Customizer is not suitable for a Mobile device like iPad since it will load lot of resources to facilitate the live editing environment. Let’s try without the caching plugin again.

    Thanks, I think it’s a memory problem with Safari on iPad Pro.
