    I have not been able to use the customizer and get to my css stylesheet since updating X at the end of last year. I thought it was a problem with our firewall/web filter here on our work network, but then tested with another admin user on our network and it loads fine for him, so it is not our network issue as I had thought.

    The spinning X is not even appearing when I click on Customizer (whether from the dashboard or through Cornerstone)…it just gives me the attached error message.

    We have had great success up to this point with X and Cornerstone and love the theme, but this is a definite problem we need a solution to. Our website is fallsbaptist.org, running WordPress 4.7.3 , X version 4.6.4 (using the child theme), and Cornerstone version 1.3.3.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    It’s due to meta box plugin and it triggers fatal error, I went ahead and deactivated it. Your customizer is now loading.
