weBrandingParticipantWhen I attempt to go to Appearance/Customize I get the spinning X and it never loads. Been this way for almost three days.
As you can see at the site, which I will post the URL and login info for you in a private message, I was able to make a number of edits. Now, no matter what I do when I make even a minor text editor or add a section, it shows it has saved. But I load the page and even clear my disk cache the changes are not there. If I refresh the Home page and go into Cornerstone the edits are gone on the backend of WordPress. This has just started to happen in the last few hours.
Same things happens across Chrome, Explorer, Edge, and Opera.
X Theme: 4.6.4
WP Version: 4.7.2

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Seems like : WPtouch Mobile Plugin has causing a conflict, please turn it off.
Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

weBrandingParticipantThat is a somewhat disheartening response for several reasons. Of the five licenses I’ve bought I’ve had a similar problem three times. I can make edits in Cornerstone and they show they are saved, but they don’t appear on the site itself. Then it will work for a little bit. Then it won’t. Also find it strange that the most popular WordPress theme doesn’t work with the most popular mobile plugin.
And finally, I have turned off ALL plugins other than the ones that come with X Theme and I am still having a problem. Again works and then doesn’t for no reason I can figure out.
Previous times when I posted here about this problem I was told I must not be running the most up-to-date software on the server(s) at my hosting company. I’d think Bluehost and GoDaddy are in fact running the most current software. Now I get it is a plugin.
Your theme when it works just flat out rocks and I’ve spent countless hours learning every bit of it I can because I want this year to make it the only theme/standardize on it for all clients. But when I don’t know when or if it just might not let me edit stuff in Cornerstone I don’t know what to say.
I honestly can’t believe I am the only person having this problem.

weBrandingParticipantOh and I am running Transient Cleaner.
Show and tell ….
Log into the account and go to Pages/Home — Front Page
Scroll down to the section in the screen cap “corner_stone_section.”
Try to add the first image from the Image Gallery as I did in the screen cap “image_added.” Of course I saved.
I go to the page, even clean the Disk cache an I get what you see in the final screen cap “image_not_added.”

weBrandingParticipantOne other note. I just went into to individual pages where I’ve had no problems editing stuff with the WP WYSIWYG editor and started using Cornerstone. Works perfectly. As it did on the homepage until it did. I feel like I have too much stuff on the homepage for Cornerstone to handle, I don’t know. But I do feel something is “off.”
