Hello,
after installing the theme I wanted to customise the theme.
I’m using WordPress 3.7.1.
The accompanying pdf states that you solely have to click onto Appearance–> Customize which does seem to work for me.
I do not get prompted, all I see is a white screen.
Anybody experiencing similar issues?Hey,
Make sure you’ve deactivated all plugins and try to deactivate and reactivate the theme. Another thing you can try is using a different browser for troubleshooting. Tell me if anything of above worked if not we will dig deeper to find out why you can’t view the customizer.

I disabled all plug-ins except for x short codes.
Regrettably, I’m not getting the “download XSC File” window-I’m still getting a white screen.
I used safari and firefox browsers but neither worked.Are you working on a local installation or online? If online what web host are you using? Sorry for all those questions but we simply didn’t have anyone having this issue yet so we have to track it down somehow.
Can you create an admin account in your WordPress installation for me and give me the site url so I can login and take a look on my own?
I just redid everything, and don’t ask me why, but now I am able to access the customiser. Thanks for looking into this though!!
