    Hi,

    When attempting to customize X-Theme on one of our development sites, the options do not show up at all. Is this because the url of this particular dev site is different than the one listed with our license? Are we able to add a second dev site? One of our developers runs a local install on his personal laptop for testing purposes and this is a different url than our live site and officially registered dev site (which is a subdomain of our live site.)

    This problem occurs in a multi-site environment and only on the non-primary sites. The primary site, even on this second dev server still shows the “customize” options menu.

    Hi there,

    I am not sure which option not coming though but you can certainly validate an additional development site with your license. You will find the option within your Themeco Account > Manage Licenses.
