    Hi there,

    Just purchased and uploaded the theme – thanks!

    I’ve been trying to access the customize section, yet it keeps crashing about 3 seconds after loading. I’ve tried using different browsers and deactivating plugins, but it’s all been guesswork so far. This has been happening for 4 days now.

    How can I fix this issue?

    Hi Rebecca,

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Rebecca,

    Thank you for the credentials, I did navigate some time through your customize settings but I did not encounter the crashing issue. Do you have some plugin/extensions installed on your browser? Would you mind deactivating them for a while and see if the issue remain.

    Hi Rebecca,

    Did you identify what extensions is causing the issue? Sorry but we can not speak for a third party extensions, please contact their own support.

    Hi Friech,

    Looks like the Dashlane extension was causing Cornerstone to crash. I’ve been turning it off when I go to work on the site.

    Have you come across this before?

    It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
