    Hi Themeco,

    I have recently updated X but now customiser will not load. Is there a problem with the update?

    Hey Karl,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the login credentials!

    I’ve checked your site and there’s a JavaScript error in the Customizer that is causing the conflict. This error is coming from the plugin “wpmu_dev_maps_plugin”: http://elephantlovecreative.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/wpmu_dev_maps_plugin/js/loader.min.js?ver=4.4.2. Please deactivate that plugin and the issue should be resolved.
