Hi Xperts
I looked for what I want to do in the forums but I couldn’t fine anything. I apologise if this is repeated.
I’ve created a custom template using Pods plugin, but I can’t see it responding to small screen sizes nicely, not as the rest of my site with built-in templates. So my question is not concerning Pods framework, but more of what should I use within that template from X theme to make it responsive (e.g. class names, etc.)?
Hope that makes sense. Thanks
April 4, 2016 at 11:45 am #866217Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
April 4, 2016 at 1:13 pm #866342Thanks for your reply. I’m just asking about the IDs/classes that makes X templates responsive, not exactly a question about something other than X. If you still feel this falls outside your support scope, just ignore it.
Thanks
April 4, 2016 at 9:36 pm #866940Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! X uses the media queries for it’s responsiveness. The stacks have customizations based on those break points. Cornerstone has visibility options that allow you to hide sections and rows depending on screen with. You can try applying those and checking the source to see how they are styled. We just don’t know how it will work or be applied with your said plugin.
Hope this gives you some info that may help. Again, thank you for understanding.
