    Hello Rue Nel, thank you so much for your suggestions, I did what you said with the following results:

    – Cleared site cache, no difference
    – Used chrome incognito with the same results, the fonts do not show up
    – Contacted my host, bluehost, to ask them to clear any cache that they might have. They say it is not a cache related issue because all the other changes I am trying to do are going through and they say, since I do not see the changes in the customizer, it is related to you and not them..

    I believe it could also be my internet provider though.. Can you see the correct fonts on your end? I live in the jungle and we have internet through satellite with a local provider and we have had issues before.

    So the issue is still hanging. Can you please check on your end on google chrome?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating in! I am just confused because I have checked your site and I compared the font with the actual Google font and this is how I see it in Chrome:

    I do not see any issue at all.

    Hello Rue Nel, it must be our internet provider, I checked on the same laptop in the city and suddenly all the fonts showed, but still on my desktop computer here in the jungle, they do not. Thank you for verifying on your end, I will check with my provider to have this fixed.
