Praxis ResearchParticipantHi,
Customizer won’t save changes if I modify the custom CSS. It will save otherwise.
I haven’t needed to use the customizer on our site in a good while, so I dunno when this problem cropped up. I DID just update about 36 plugins in one day last week tho. I’m going through the amazingly tedious process of deactivating / reactivating our 119 plugins one at a time to see if any of them are causing the problem, but I figured I should chime in here in case it’s actually an X problem. All I wanna do is switch some color hex codes in the CSS, ironically.
UPDATE: Combing for a rogue plugin was too tedious, so I ventured into phpMyAdmin, found the custom CSS stored with database entry option name ‘x_custom_styles’ in wp_options and edited it there. Still can’t edit CSS in Customizer, but yeah.

Praxis ResearchParticipantDiscovered while trying to edit our About that I couldn’t save changes there either. It would celebrate save (“Radical!”), but it wouldn’t actually be saved. It even told me in the corner that I hadn’t saved my changes.
