I’ve activated and added on the CUSTOM 404 page option, created the page, pointed the custom 404 to use that page, and it’s only pulling the title of that page, not its content. What can I do?

Hi there,

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If it doesn’t help, please provide us with login credentials in private replay so we can take a closer look.

I deactivated all plugins, then had to turn Custom 404 plugin and Cornerstone plugin both back on, and still it doesn’t work. This is the actual page, and it does appear live: http://stephanieklein.com/404-1/

But when you type in a page or directory that does not exist, like: http://stephanieklein.com/xtheme it doesn’t send you to the page above.

I have created a sample 404 page in your site and selected a page template Blank – Container | Header, Footer and selected it under your Custom 404 extension settings. The content is showing correctly: http://stephanieklein.com/awoeru23

Please note that it’s important to set the page template. Otherwise, the issue could occur.
