Hello, using W3 Cache, and when CSS is minified it messes it all up. Not a huge deal, but would be nice to have CSS combined. Even ‘combine only’ seems to mess it up. JS seems to minify fine (so far).

I changed the minify engine to CSS Tidy and it helped a lot! There’s a few things it’s still messing up, the icons are not showing squares and the nag menu isn’t showing the sub menu popup or changing when resizing.

Any tips for css minify configuration settings you know of already? Can’t imagine going through everything one by one lol.

Thanks for writing in! Unfortunately, we are unable to support third party plugins as stated in our support policy (see the sidebar). While we would love to be able to assist in these matters, there are simply too many variables to account for with all of the plugins available on the market. For instances like these, you will need to consult the plugin developer to work out a potential solution for any issues you might be experiencing.

That being said, we have personally had issues with the minify scripts in W3 Total Cache ourselves on other sites we have worked on, so we can’t exactly say that it’s been perfect for us either. We would recommend consulting with the developers/other users of the plugin to see what sort of solutions you might be able to come up with.

Got it, thanks! I was able to get it to work after a day of messing with it!

Make sure it’s CSS Tidy, then following these config:

Disable inline JS & CSS
Enable ‘combine only’

Uncheck pretty much everything else on the W3 Cache minify page.
