testerpressParticipantDear X Theme Team,
I have set a creative CTA with a picture that contains an alt attribut, but SEO tools (pagespeed insights and others) do not show the alt attribut.
How can I solve this?
Thanks and kind regards,
Harald

ChristianModeratorHey Harald,
Please update X and Cornerstone to the latest version first then check again.
Thanks.

ChristianModeratorSorry for the confusion. Do you mean the alt value in the media library is not included in the CTA element? If so, yes, the image in CTA does not have an alt attribute as it’s role is for icon design only and does not have meaning.
Thanks.

testerpressParticipantHey Christian,
thanks for your answer.
The problem is, search engines recognize the image in the CTA (not like a background image, where no alt attribut is needed), so the alt attribut would be really necessary 🙁
Kind Regards,
Harald

Nabeel AModeratorHey Harald,
Regretfully Alt text isn’t available for Creative CTA, you can use an icon instead for the search engines.
Thank you for understanding!

testerpressParticipantHi Nabeel,
thank you for your reply.
Still one question: Since I have updated x theme to version 4.6.4 my fonts have changed.
So could you tell me please, which font is set by default in version 4.2?
Kind Regards,
Harald

ChristianModeratorIf you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.
Also, please give us more details on what specifically has changed.
Thanks!
