Hi,
I am in the process of building http://54.183.86.159/ and would like to make the billing section and client area a sort of seamless experience. My developers tell me I really need to HTML of X to do that. Is there somewhere I can download this so that I can have them build my matching WHMCS theme?
January 3, 2015 at 9:18 pm #175906Hi there,
Thanks for posting in.
We just provide bug fixes and tweaks from current X theme and it should be your developer responsibility to do such customization. It’s best to hire someone is capable of theming your WHMCS.
WHMCS theme is not part of X theme and I can’t guarantee its compatibility. And I’m not even sure if there existing one.
Thanks.
January 4, 2015 at 1:53 pm #176312WHMCS is not a theme its a billing system. I think they want to use the HTML from X to design my billing template around it. It sounds like you are saying X does not have an HTML template is this correct?
January 5, 2015 at 12:27 am #176516Hey there,
Sorry for the confusion. You will need to connect it using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/whmcs-bridge/. Regarding the design of WHMCS, it may include its own design or inherit styles from X. We have no control over how it’ll display. With that said, we recommend that you hire a professional to integrate the system for you as this falls beyond the scope of our support. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://theme.co/x/member/custom-development/.
X is not a HTML template though it is ultimately outputted as HTML by WordPress. It is composed of WordPress templates built with PHP.
Thank you for understanding.

I’m aslo looking to integrate WHMCS Bridge with Theme X as I really love the theme. Did you manage to get it all working together in the end?
Thanks
Phil
July 6, 2015 at 7:52 am #322171Hi there,
Thanks for writing in!
It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
December 10, 2015 at 7:31 am #700968I agree. A bridge to and a WHMCS would be interesting. I bet a lot of hosting companies would switch to the X theme instantly if it ever happens. Today http://themeforest.net/item/alaska-seo-whmcs-hosting-shop-business-theme/10068801 is possibly the most famous WP theme with WHMCS integration but X theme is way better. Please put this on the wish list…
December 10, 2015 at 11:41 am #701275We certainly appreciate the feedback! This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive. Thanks!
