    Hi there,

    Thanks for posting in.

Please avoid bumping your thread, we replied from oldest to newest and you will just get more waiting time.

As for landing page, you can compose your page using visual composer and use available shortcodes to compose a landing page such as your provided url. I can see that the layout is very simple, a composition of rows and column (layout) and shortcodes just like X’s email form (mailchimp for subscription), custom head line, image shortcode, video embed shortcode, and list icon shortcode.

You can also use different page templates that should fit to your preferred layout. And you can find them at your Page attribute section.

    Hope this helps.

Sorry for bumping. This is the last type of page I need to finish before I can publish the website. I am just completely stuck on how to make this work.

Heres what I did, and the page a 3was absolutely horrible, so I trashed it because I’m stuck.

I first inserted a container, then split the container into two sections a 3/4 section and a 1/4 section. I inserted the header image in the 3/4 section and then inserted the raw script code into the 1/4 section. However, when I did this, the contact form did not overlay the header image, the image seemed smaller and the lead capture form was under the image and didnt sit correct.

Next I tried to insert another container with a content band inside that container, with the blue background and headline text. That looked nothing like the original joomla block.

I thought this could be fixed down the line with someone who is familiar with X codes, so I moved on. I then tried the same thing with the instructor image and text, however the text wouldnt wrap around the image.

All of this looked horrible, so here I am stressed out starting over this landing page from scratch. Everything else looks great, except this. I dont know where to begin. Any help would be appreciated 🙁

    Hi there,

This is possible with X, Please try to use first image as content band background and put contact form in it .
Regarding to blue section please check our CSS class index page, To remove extra space on top of headline add mtn in class field of custom headline shortcode.
In style field of content band 3 add max-width: 1200px;margin: 0 auto !important; to make the section the same size as above and below content bands.

    Hope it helps.

Rather than try to figure out how to use X to create a landing page it would make more sense to use a plugin that is already designed to do that.

I use the optimizepress plugin with X to create landing pages that are already tested and designed for optimum conversion.

You can also use leadpages and using a leadpages plugin install the landing page on your site.

I use both and prefer optimize press
