    WordPress 4.7.3 running X – Child Theme

    Hi there, I know this is probably a simple task, do you know how I can create an id so I can use it to launch a Modal popup?
    The item is placed in the top bar of my xtheme site.

    Here is the link that I need the ID for:
    Subscribe Now for Promotions
